The 5th Annual Spring Arts and Crafts Show at Emmanuel Church will be held on Friday evening, March 19th, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 20th, from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.  The show is held indoors on 2 levels of the church.  There is handicapped access at both the upper and lower levels.  An elevator is also available.

 

The show includes over 70 vendors, hourly giveaways and The Emmanual Café serving their soup, sandwiches, and baked goods.  Admission and parking are free.

Merchandise

Our show attracts many shoppers looking for handcrafted and unique items.  Although we are not a juried show, we have a few amazing juried artists.  To maintain the quality of the items offered at the show; we reserve the right to refuse flea market merchandise, franchise or commercially made items.  We attempt to limit the number of crafters with similar merchandise.  We no longer accept additional home show consultants.

 

Vendor Spaces and Fees

The fee for each upper level space is $30.00 and each lower level space is $20.00.  Most of the spaces measure 8’ x 10’ while some are longer, thinner, etc.  Two folding chairs are provided for each space.  Displays MUST be kept within the vendor space rented.  8’ tables may be rented for $5.00 each.  Tables need to be rented prior to the show.

Setup and Breakdown

The church will be open for vendors to set up on Friday at 12 Noon.  Volunteers will be available to assist in unloading your vehicle and to help you transport your merchandise to your assigned space.  DO NOT mount tape, pushpin or nail anything to the walls or doorways.  When your items are at your space, please follow the shuttle to the nearby vendor parking lot.  The shuttle will take you back to the church and it will be available throughout the show.

 

Saturday morning the church will be open to vendors at 7:00 AM.  Please park in the vendor’s parking lot.  The shuttle will begin transporting vendors to the church at 6:45 AM.

 

Breakdown will begin at 3:00 PM.  Volunteers will again be available to assist you in loading your vehicle.

 

Concessions

The Emmanuel Café will serve food, baked goods and drinks both days. Non-meat sandwiches will be available this year in addition to our delicious homemade soups, barbeque, hotdogs, and a variety of other tasty items.  Saturday morning the Cafe’ will also serve breakfast sandwiches.

 

Included in your Welcome packet will be order forms for the Café.  One of our volunteers will be happy to order your food and deliver it to you.  Free coffee is available to all vendors on Saturday.

 

Deadline

The deadline for vendor applications is March 1st, 2010.  You will receive a confirmation upon receipt of your application and payment.  Your check will be returned to you if the show is full by the time your application is received or the space you are requesting is not available.
