JOSEPH GENTILMAN

Pastor

A graduate of Lancaster Theological Seminary, Pastor Joe joined EEUMC in July 1998.  He entered the ministry in 1983 and was ordained a deacon in 1985.  He received his ordination as an elder in 1989.  Prior to entering the ministry, Pastor Joe was a high school history teacher and also worked in sales.  He and his wife, Helen, have a daughter who resides outside Philadelphia with her husband.
 

ROBERT BUYERS

Organist/Choir Director

Originally from western New York and a long-time resident of the Harrisburg area, Bob is a graduate of Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania in Clarks Summit, earning a B.S. degree in Elementary Education.  Following college, Bob spent 10 years as an elementary school teacher in a private Christian school teaching in a traditional 5th/6th grade classroom and also teaching music to all ages.  After a short time working for the PA Turnpike Commission in data processing, he returned to full-time ministry for several years as Minister of Music and Christian Education for a large church in the area.  Bob then returned to a secular position with the Commonwealth of PA and has worked for the Department of Labor & Industry for the last 17 years, most recently as an Information Technology Technician.  Always active in church music ministry, Bob has been a organist/pianist/vocalist in a variety of settings over the years.  He is a long-time member of the Susquehanna Chorale, a 35-voice chamber choir based in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
 

GLORIA NOSS

Secretary

Gloria joined EEUMC's staff in April 1990. Prior to her employment at EEUMC, she worked for Child Evangelism Fellowship for 19 years. She is very involved at her home church, Mechanicsburg Church of God, and has taught children in churches for over 50 years.  Gloria is married to husband, Oren.  They have 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
